Abstract

DERIVE is a pedagogical computer algebra system (PeCAS). It processes algebraic variables, expressions, equations, functions, vectors, matrices, and other mathematical object and provides powerful support for teaching and learning mathematics. In this workshop you will learn how to use and teach with DERIVE and you will see and use new powerful features which were added recently.
